Weekly Rates      

($200/week deposit)      
 

Private studio with queen-size bed, A/C, working desk/chair, continental breakfast, maid service, shared bath, wireless Internet.  

I would like two hours of consultation during my stay; add $150

Rates include a critique of a sample of your work (15 pages), wireless Internet, reference books. Tax is included.

 

 

Payment terms:  To guarantee your reservation in Sharpsburg, GA, you will be confirmed upon receipt of above deposit payable by check.   Balance  is due upon arrival by check or cash; ATM's are available within 10 minutes from the retreat. All currency is in US dollars.

Cancellation policy:  If at least 15 days prior, deposit will be refunded less $50 administrative fee.  Cancellations under fifteen days will not receive a refund.  Trip cancellation insurance is strongly advised and can be obtained through your travel agent.
